Prior to joining Baird, Mac spent ten years in the building materials industry with Boxley Materials Company. While at Boxley, Mac served as the Chair of the Corporate Responsibility Committee, Chair of the Virginia Asphalt Association’s Health and Safety Committee, and Member of the Virginia Ready Mixed Concrete Association, where he lobbied at both the state and federal level for legislative actions affecting the construction industry. His areas of expertise include financial planning, alternative investments, and management consulting. Mac is an active member of St. John’s Episcopal Church, where he previously served as Junior Warden of the Vestry. Mac graduated Cum Laude from Lynchburg College in 2016 with a B.A. in Accounting. He received his MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business in 2022, where he also served on the Graduate Affairs Committee. Mac lives in Lynchburg with his wife, Erin, and their two sons, Craddock and Henry. When not spending time with his family, Mac enjoys running and playing golf.
